Who is eligible for HeartShares Family Service Centers?
Families with children under the age of 18 who live in the communities in which HeartShare’s programs are located are eligible for services. Referrals are accepted from schools, and community organizations, however, no referral is required for services. For families who do not live in one of these areas, we can refer you to an agency in your neighborhood.
