All students from low – income families (receiving free or reduced lunch) who attend Title 1 schools that have not made adequate yearly progress for two or more years are eligible to receive supplemental educational services. NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND No child left behind (NCLB) is a sweeping, landmark educational reform that was passed into law in 2001. There are numerous components to NCLB act. One that Preferred Tutoring Services, LLC is involved with the Supplemental Educational Services or SES. The supplemental services of NCLB provide low-income students in struggling schools with the opportunity to obtain tutoring services at no cost to parents. Preferred Tutoring Services provides services to low income students, special education students, students whose primary language is not English and main stream students.
