All SSC residential and commercial customers in Bellingham, Ferndale, Birch Bay and Semi-ah-moo. Service is also available to the majority of our unincorporated Whatcom County customers and those along North Shore Drive and in the Sudden Valley area. See the boundary map in our Breaking News section for specific boundaries. All Blaine Bay Refuse customers (now operated by SSC) are also eligible.
