Any DON acquisition workforce member graded at GS-13 (or equivalent), O-4, or above; or tentatively scheduled for a DON critical acquisition position (CAP.) Requirements include level II certification, four years of acquisition experience, a baccalaureate degree, and 24 business semester credit hours or the combination of 12 business semester credit hours and 24 semester hours in science and/or math.
