Who is eligible for Care to Learn?
A. To receive Care to Learn the young parent must: · be under 20 years of age on the day their course or learning programme begins · live in England and meet the residency rules for Care to Learn · be the parent or main carer of the child · be in, or considering starting, learning or training that has some public funding · be willing to use a childcare provider that is registered with Ofsted.
