Who is eligible as a dependent on my dental policies?
Eligible dependents include your legal spouse/MSU recognized same-sex domestic partner and unmarried children living in your household (unless a full-time student at an accredited college or university), who are dependent on you for support and maintenance according to IRS definition, except in divorce cases. Stepchildren and legally-adopted children are eligible dependents.
