Youth football (american rules) programs, participants, communities and schools are eligible to receive benefits. We will in our review process attempt to identify and award benefits to applicatns/programs that demonstrate greater need and where benefits awarded would have a marked and measurable effect on the participant(s) and the improvement of the playing/participation experience.
