Who is drafting the redevelopment plan? Is there a schedule for planning activities?
The Township will create the redevelopment plan with the assistance of a professional planning consultant and with considerable input from the community. Presently the Township is considering a variety of consulting firms that are best suited to work on this project. The Township intends to adopt a redevelopment plan that achieves the vision of the community and is economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. The Township has prepared extensive background planning information in the Master Plan for NPDC and anticipates that the redevelopment planning activities will take place in the first half of 2007.
