Twilight Movie Eclipse Announces First New Cast Member Jul 17, 2009 – TeenHollywood.com The third movie of the Twilight series is getting ready to shoot next month in Vancouver. Australian actor Xavier Samuel has been cast in the first new role in Eclipse. In what will be Xavier’s first U.S. movie role, he’ll be playing the role of a “newborn vampire” named Riley, a hunky college student that gets involved in the plot with Victoria to murder Bella (Kristen Stewart). Riley is turned to the dark side by Victoria, whose charm he simply can’t resist. The main plot of Eclipse involves Bella’s choice between Jacob the werewolf (Taylor Lautner) and Edward the vampire (Robert Pattinson). Xavier Samuel has been in a few Australian films including Newcastle where he played a Goth teen, September, and an upcoming science fiction movie Road Train. Sources:
