Who is DASL State Support and where are they located?
DASL State Support (DSS) is the interface between the ITCs and the product developers. DSS provides invaluable service to the ITCs assisting them to resolve issues which may be linked to user error, program errors or invalid data. Additionally, DSS tracks enhancement requests proposed by the ITCs and discusses those with the development team to implement the most valuable enhancements to the users. DSS also provides documentation as well as various training sessions to the ITCs to allow them to better serve their districts. DSS also hosts user group/committee meetings to obtain valuable input from ITC staff and district users. DSS shares office facilities with NOACSC at 645 S. Main St., Lima, OH.
