CTIA is a software & consulting company providing solutions to the large multi-site contact center market. The company was founded in 2000 and mostly worked as a sub-contractor to Genesys on some of their most complex projects. In 2003, CTIA established strategic partnerships with a number of technology companies to co-market & resell software that had been built by CTIA. The company currently has two other software products which work in the Genesys & Cisco environment. One product has softphone & “CRM lite” functionality. The other product allows calls & their attached data to be transferred between the Genesys & Cisco CTI environments.
