Who is considered an applicant for the OhioCollegeOpportunity Grant (OCOG)?
In the 2006-2007 academic year, the Higher Education Information (HEI) system will determine OCOG for any Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) that is received for a first-time freshman. In 2007-2008, this will apply to freshmen and sophomores. In 2008-2009, this will apply to freshmen, sophomores and juniors. In 2009-2010, all ISIR records will be processed to determine OCOG eligibility.
