An individual can be considered a full time student up to the age of 25 if they are registered at a high school, university, trade school, college or similar educational institution and attending on a full time basis.

Undergraduate students enrolled in at least 12 hours per long semester are considered full time. Graduate students enrolled in at least 6 hours per long semester are considered full time. Many scholarships require students to be enrolled in 15 hours per long semester.
