Who is conducting the Human Resources Competency Study (HRCS)?
The HRCS is being conducted by the faculty who are responsible for the Executive Programs in Human Resource Management at University of Michigan Business School. These include Professor Wayne Brockbank and Professor Dave Ulrich. The study is managed by Dave Yakonich at the University of Michigan. Our HR Executive Programs at the Michigan Business School have at the good fortune to have been rated by The Wall Street Journal, Fortune and Business Week as the best HR programs in North America and Europe over the past five years. This study exemplifies Michigan’s on-going commitment to identify best practices in the field of Human Resources. This year, we will expand our reach to include a greater presence in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. We are working closely with international partners who are interacting with companies and sponsoring their regional one-day conference.
