Who is Computershare Investor Services?
Computershare Investor Services has been appointed by the PEI Renewable Energy Corporation as registrar for the PEI Energy Savings Bonds to maintain a register for the names and addresses of the Registered Owners of the bonds and particulars of the bonds. Other services provided by Computershare include acting as paying agent for interest and redemption payments, preparing and issuing documentation required for income tax purposes, processing changes in bondholder information and maintaining financial records on program transactions.
