Who is Cleopatra,show some pictures?
Cleopatra was queen of Egypt during the Ptolyme era. She didn’t claim the throne till the death of her brother. She later became wife of Ceasar and mother of his only son. The couple ruled the world (having all of Egypts wealth and empire and the glory and vastness of the Roman empire seemed like the world). Women rulers even then were unlikely. A man of some sort being relative or marriage ruled. Cleopatra was beautiful but the most famous Eyptian known for her stunning beauty was Nefertiti.
The Greeks (Alexander the Great) had conquered most of the known world just prior to this time in history, and at his death the empire was divided among his 4 generals. Ptolemy got Egypt. Cleopatra was of Greek descent but tried to make herself look Egyptian. She came from a large family and all of her brothers and sisters were killed by each other in hopes of obtaining the throne. She committed suicide by letting an asp bite her breast while under house arrest by the Romans.
