Who is ChibiChibi?
The manga and anime differ on this question. In the manga, she is the early form of “Sailor Cosmos”. There are several stories about exactly how Cosmos is related to Usagi, one of them being that she is the Eternal form of Sailor Moon. In the anime, ChibiChibi is the star seed of Galaxia. Sailor Galaxia released her star seed into the galaxy after sealing Chaos inside of her body. The star seed became ChibiChibi. She contains Galaxia’s “light of hope … [her] glitter of life.” As the star seed drifted away, Galaxia told it: “Go to someone who will wrap you gently, to the one of love and justice.
