It is (or was – 2010) Valentine Kambori, MBE. He is chairman of the National Coordinating Mechanism (NCM). The NCM is the body responsible for pushing the National Law and Justice Plan of Action, comprising heads of all the law and justice agencies in the country. It also has a law and order section which plans, monitors activities within the law and justice sector.
