Chainsaw Vigilante seems to have a desire to rid the world of superheroes (FA: The Tick #10). He had a short-lived, self-titled comic that ran for three issues. 3.5 Who is The Red Eye? The Red Eye is a mysterious evil man who goes about doing harm to the unsuspecting. The Tick read about him in a comic book and coincidentally met up with him soon after (FA: The Tick #8).
