Who is celebrating Burns Night and can you address the Haggis?

I’m organising a charity Burns Night – and I’ve never ever been to one before so it might go horribly wrong. Hopefully we’ve got no less than the Queen’s piper coming to address the haggis (he lives in the village and will do it for free – bless him), my Sister’s Ceilidh band doing some tunes after dinner then a disco. I’m very scared.
