Who is Catalyst Rx?
Catalyst Rx is a full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company that has been providing PBM services to employers since 1994. They currently serve over four million lives in all 50 states, with total managed drug expenditures for 2007 of $4 billion. They are the fourth largest publicly traded PBM. They contract with Walgreens Mail Service to provide mail order services, which is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Catalyst Rx Customer Service Department for Sandia is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
