Who is best suited to help me in the residency process – my faculty advisor or Career Services?

Both your faculty advisor and the Career Services staff will be able to advise you. For strategic reasons, it is very helpful for the Career Services staff to understand the skills, abilities, interest and goals of all of the IMC class members. They maintain contacts with companies in partnership with faculty. Given your short duration in the program, you are strongly encouraged to meet with Caitlin, Nancy and/or Jim so that they may help you in your residency and job search processes.
