Who is behind ACSI?
ACSI was developed by the National Quality Research Center (NQRC) at the Stephen M. Ross Business School at the University of Michigan. The ACSI research team is led by Claes Fornell, the Donald C. Cook Professor of Business Administration and Director of the NQRC, and includes professors Eugene W. Anderson, Fred Feinberg and Carolyn Yoon, and research scientist Barbara Everitt Bryant. David VanAmburg is the Managing Director of ACSI and Forrest Morgeson is the Index’s Chief Statistician.
