In all cases the consignment should be addressed ONLY TO THE DIRECTOR, NBPGR, New Delhi for quarantine clearance and national accessioning before its release. Incase it is received directly by the indentor due to some reason, the unopened parcel should be sent to the Director, NBPGR for quarantine examination. The port of entry for germplasm for research purpose in India is New Delhi only.
