The agreement should be in the name of GIT and may be signed by a person authorized to bind the Institute. ¨ Mutual NDAs – This type of agreement is used when there will be an exchange of proprietary information belonging to both parties. The agreement must be in the name of GTRC or GTARC as appropriate and will be signed by a person authorized to sign on behalf of GTRC. ¨ One way “out” – The purpose of this type agreement is to protect the proprietary information belonging to GTRC. This type of NDA is generally is used by the Office of Technology Licensing for discussion of technology for licensing purposes and may be signed the Technology Licensing representative.
