Effective June 1, 2001 the authorized institutional representative or sponsoring group or authorizing official who will sign grant proposal applications, forms, cover pages, approval forms, and regulatory or compliance forms is the director of Sponsored Research, Peggy F. Harrel. The Sponsored Research Office will help you obtain authorization and signatures.
