Who is authorized to change the mail (mx) record for our OfficeLive domains?

Your documentation doesn’t offer a solution for this task. I and many others would like to utilize an Exchange system on Small Business Server 2008 which would require changing the mail record’s IP. However, please note we have reviewed the domain documentation and domain manager tool, which only cover moving from an existing provider to OfficeLive or how one can completely cut ties to OfficeLive and its applications and work directly with the underlying Australian name service provider. Unfortunately, neither case is workable. I want to be able to (1) keep my domain, (2) maintain officelive web and sharepoint applications and (3) change the mail record to point to the Static IP of my site which contains Small Business Server 2008. I hope you can help.
