Who is appropriate for an FCA?
Anyone patient with a musculoskeletal injury where a physician or therapist has a question about an injured worker’s ability to return to work, when determining work restrictions, prior to a PR-4 or Permanent and Stationary Report, and to determine the consequences of impairment such as with AME, IME or QME evaluations such as may be the case with Almaraz-Guzman type questions.
