The Regulations cover anyone old enough to legally undertake paid employment – with no upper age limit. They apply to direct employees; self-employed and contract workers; temporary, fixed term and agency workers; Office Holders; Partners; job applicants and people undertaking or applying for work-related training. Unpaid volunteers and members of the armed forces are not covered.
