Who is allowed to use Interlibrary Loan and how much does it cost?

All faculty, staff or students at UIUC can use Interlibrary Loan. The Library currently usually absorbs all the Interlibrary Loan costs, so you don’t need to pay anything. There is, however, a fee for certain services such as Rush service, Dissertation Express, and Doc Express.
