Any Brazilian definitively returning to Brazil who has resided abroad for at least one year (regardless of their immigration status). Foreigners who have a CPF (Brazilian Tax ID) and a permanent RNE (Foreign Identity Card) may also move their belongings. Foreigners who have temporary CPFs and RNEs may move their belongings, provided that their temporary status changes to permanent within 6 months. Foreigners with work visas may move their belongings with certain restrictions.
