Who is affected by the payroll process improvements?
On Jan. 18, 2009, staff from three departments will serve as a pilot group for the payroll process improvements. The departments included in the pilot group are College of Medicine Dean’s Office; Pathology and Laboratory Medicine; and Psychiatry. Staff in the Basic Science and remaining Clinical departments could adopt the payroll process improvements in the future. Basic Science and Clinical faculty as well as students, postdocs and house staff will not be required to use electronic time clocks.
