Who is able to help me solve my sleeping problem?

Short term you can try a sleeping pill. I don’t use them though. If I need to sleep I take liquid Benedryl. Lots of people get their sleep pattern messed up during Christmas holiday. Plus it’s dark out (at least where I am) and that puts you at risk of SAD, seasonal affective disorder. Try reading about it and see if it fits. You may find the problem goes away as you return to school. Plus the days are getting brighter already! If you can’t fall asleep in about 20-30 minutes, get up and do something else. Don’t be on the computer or watch TV right before bed. The bright light wakes you up. If you drink tea, make sure it is herbal. Cocoa might wake you up as it has a small amount of caffeine. Even decaf coffee has a small amount of caffeine. Good luck!
