Who is a good candidate for permanent make-up?
A good candidate is anyone who does not want to worry about reapplying ones make-up. People who swim, and dont want their make-up to come off in the pool; people who work long days and dont have time to reapply make-up or people that have oily skin on their eyelids and their eyeliner comes off or creases within a few hours of application.
