Patients are accepted on a case by case basis if they are younger or older than this range. • At least 75 pounds over the recommended weight for your age, height and gender or have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 40 or greater or 35 or greater with certain co-morbidities, such as hypertension, diabetes or sleep apnea.
