Who invented volleyball?
Volleyball was invented in 9/2/1895 by William George Morgan in United States at the Holyoke, Massachusetts, YMCA (Young Men’s Christian Association) where he served as Director of Physical Education. He wanted to create teams without physical contact with the players. In the beginning, the teams played with a kind of basketball named as Mintonette. Nowadays it is known like Volleyball.
