A project manager by education and training, Allen Meyer is a senior consultant and PMP with over 15 years of Project Management experience in a wide variety of industries, including software engineering, systems development, military installations and computer systems. As a developer and facilitator of project planning workshops, Allen was one of those poor unfortunate people who had to stay up into the wee hours of the morning, reading from notes and typing the information into spreadsheets and project schedules, so that this information was available to his clients.
