Tomislav Uzelac invented the first successful mp3 player in 1997. Other trivia: Karlheinz Brandenburg is know as the “Father of the mp3”. Though Fraunhofer Gesellschaft invented the first mp3 player. This player didn’t work very well so the design was scrapped.
