A- El Wire, short for electroluminescent wire is a technological breakthrough in electroluminescent lighting. Electroluminescence originally appeared as flat panel electroluminescence. These El flat lamps are used for car dashboard lighting, backlighting for watches and signs, and countless other everyday items. Electroluminescence seemed doomed to a two dimensional world until ELAM EL Industries, Ltd. (LyTec) added a twist literally. Lytec managed to create an electroluminescent strand of wire that could go beyond the limits any other electroluminescent and neon lighting. Electroluminescence could now be used in wire form for edge lighting, Light up signs, party centerpieces, costume lighting, landscape lighting, stage lighting, Neon art, and many other glowing products.
