These backflow devices are not installed by LRWSC. Customers may consult with their landscape contractor or plumber. Purchase, installation and maintenance of device are customers responsibility. MAINTENANCE: These devices are required to be tested yearly by a certified tester. The homeowner is responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and annual testing of the backflow device. Customer service can supply a list of DHEC certified testers.
