Sherry Sherrill-Patton is founder. Ms. Patton, a former computer industry professional, is also a wife, citizen- activist and microenterprise entrepreneur. Q: How will Black Issues collaborate with other community- based organizations? A: BIB will increase public awareness of community-oriented groups and topics via electronic “bulletin boards”.
