WHO INHERITS FROM AN ESTATE WHEN THE DECEDENT DID NOT LEAVE A WILL?
Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 134 determines who inherits from an estate when the decedent failed to execute a Last Will and Testament or the Last Will and Testament cannot be located. The Chapter lists a series of possible family members who survived the decedent and describes who inherits what amount of the estate.
