Who in the world does Windows File Synchronization?

I’ve checked with lots of vendors, and nobody seems to do 2-way synchronization for Windows file servers – almost all do 1-way only. We have a few remote offices with no IT staff. We’d like to setup a small Windows server at each office that can 1) Validate Active Directory logons, 2) act as their local print server, and 3) act as their local file server. We need the synchronization part so that when changes are made, bit level changes are replicated to our data center, and when they leave the office and connect through Citrix at the data center, they see their modified files. When they edit them through Citrix, changes should then be replicated back to their home server. Nobody we talked to seems to do this, and this is causing us to rethink our entire IT plan for the future. We’ve heard about Windows DFS, but this appears more a pooled virtual storage platform then a synchronization tool.
