Who implements and who is responsible for Programme Alßan?
Programme Alßan is implemented by a consortium led by Asociación Grupo Santander, an association of 45 Universities and Higher Education Institutions of the European Union, in close co-operation with the services of Directorate General EuropeAid Co-operation Office, Directorate Latin America of the European Commission. The remaining partners of the Consortium are the Universidade do Porto, UDUAL (Unión de Universidades de América Latina) and GRUPO MONTEVIDEO. The services of Directorate General EuropeAid – Co-operation Service, Directorate B – Latin America, Unit B.2 Centralised Operations: Latin America are responsible for Programme Alßan.
