Who hires Missouri Journalism students for internships?
Employers all over the world. With all of the hands-on experience offered at the Missouri School of Journalism, we like to say that “Your first job starts at Missouri.” After looking at this list of internships, however, it might be more appropriate to say, “Your first few jobs start at Missouri.” Employers all around the world know the value of a Missouri education and enthusiastically hire our students for highly competitive internships. Students gain valuable skills from working at the Columbia Missourian, KOMU or Mojo Ad that give them the edge when competing for these internships locally, nationally and globally.
