Who hires coaches and why?
Winners hire coaches. People who understand that it’s lonely at the top, and that there is another way. People hire coaches because they want help, not so much because they need help. They understand that their perspective is limited, and that by adding the perspective of a trusted advisor, they will reach higher goals faster. Fortune 500 companies hire coaches, as do small “mom and pop” shops.
