Who Here Thinks That Violent Games Affect Kids To Be Violent?
I’m 15 and I’ve been playing video games since i was 6’ish maybe 5. The 1st actual game i owned was Goldeneye 007 on the N64, and that was a good game, a really good game, but I never came up behind someone with my hand in karate chop mode and chopped them to death with my hand ( although if i wanted to i could be a kung fu master ;_; ) The 1st time i played Grand theft auto was around age 12, it was grand theft auto 3 liberty city, and although I was initially turned off from it my the violence I remembered hey, its a game… and that fool shoulda moved XD and I’ve loved GTA ever since. Violent video games have actually been found to be therapudic in some studies, and I can vuch for that because theirs nothing like running people over with the cops chasing you and flipping their cars and 80mph and you watching them flip and laugh…
