Who have ownership to the members/subscribers?
When you create a list, you have 100% ownership to that list. However, in order for us to generate significant revenues for you, we require that anyone signing up to your list also subscribe to at least one of ListPower’s Interest Categories to receive valuable information. ListPower will own these names. ListPower will also share about 50% of all revenues generated from these with the first ListOwner who referred the member.
