All Florida certified Incumbent Local Exchange Companies (ILECs), Interexchange (long distance) Companies (IXCs) and Alternative Local Exchange Companies (ALECs). NOTE: ALECs, if providing basic service, file what we refer to as price lists instead of tariffs.
