Full-time Faculty members and recipients of Tri-Council funding (or other agencies that require annual disclosure will submit a completed report to his or her Reviewer that discloses the following The extent, nature, and timing of their Outside Professional Activities; Their use of University resources for any Non-University Activities; and Any Financial Interests they or their Related Parties have in entities related to the Members work at the University Members will submit a completed disclosure report to his or her Initial Reviewer for each situation where disclosure or approval is required. Members with the following ranks can complete their declaration on-line.
